Moon Kyung paints joyful imaginary sceneries on canvas with innocent animals in mysterious nature as the main characters. Since childhood, she has loved observing and drawing daily life. After graduating, she got a job at a large company related to her major, nevertheless, she did not stop drawing. In the meantime, she turned into a full-fledged artist when she won an art contest.
Moon Kyung’s artworks are full of 'positive energy' created by harmony between animals and humans. Elements in Mother Nature, such as willow trees that well-adapt to the environment, wild flowers that spread their scent with the breeze, and sunlight that is visible through fresh leaves, are the source of inspiration that stimulates the her fairytale imagination.
When all we were young, we stretched our imagination through fairy tale books and got butterflies in our heart. Moon Kyung hope you will once again feel the instinctive and naive childish mind in her artworks, which is full of fairy tale elements.
